Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-possible perm position in Central Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a balanced mix of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. The position offers an hourly pay range of $20.00 - $24.00.
Responsibilities
- Perform a 50/50 combination of accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Engage in collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Conduct light reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in auditing processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Handle additional accounting-related tasks as needed to support the finance team.
- Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
