We are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist that not only wants to have a job but to have a long term career. Position entails processing multi-state weekly, bi-weekly, bonus and commission payrolls. Pay rate starts at $25.00 - $33.00/hr.

Responsibilities include:

• In-house payroll processing
• Calculating and reporting payroll taxes
• Certified payroll reports
• W2 processing
• Ad hoc reporting
• Information requests

Experience required:

• 2 years of experience in processing in house, full cycle payroll.
• Construction industry experience a plus.

Computer Skills:

• Type and 10 key by touch required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with payroll software systems, especially with J.D. Edwards/Oracle preferred.
• Prior experience with report writers helpful.

Must be able to pass a background check including credit check and drug screen.
