Our client, a leading organization in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Pay Range: $18 - $20

Shift: 10-hour shifts; Multiple shifts and schedules available.

What's the Job?

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including manual loading/unloading, sorting, and preparing shipments.

• Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, labeling, and building boxes and carts.

• Execute kitting and assembly activities, such as display builds, labeling, and production line support.

• Operate equipment like pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for material handling and facility upkeep.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization through trash removal, detrashing pallets, and general housekeeping duties.

What's Needed?

• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation is a plus but not required; training will be provided

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in a busy, noisy environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow directions and work safely
