Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary We are looking for talented and reliable individuals that want to build their careers with us in the hardscape manufacturing industry. As a Manufacturing Associate, your daily responsibilities will focus on assisting our production teams with exceeding our customers' expectations for our Belgard hardscapes products throughout Arizona and New Mexico!

Responsibilities

• Daily clean-up of production areas
• Quality control of finished hardscape products
• Manual handling of hardscapes and other production-related items
• Hourly logging of quality checks
• Forklift operation TRAINING PROVIDED
• Operating heavy-duty pneumatic tools, along with other production-related hand tools
• Wearing a variety of provided safety PPE

Shift Times

• 6:00am to 6:00pm and 6:00pm to 6:00am
• 5 to 6 days per week, depending on demand

Compensation

• $16 to $20/hour, depending on experience
• Uncapped Overtime and Shift Differential (Night Shift)
• Up to $3000 referral bonus

Requirements

• Safety Minded
• Be able to safely lift and/or move up to 50lbs from ground level
• Be able to safely stand and be mobile for the duration of scheduled shift
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Team Player and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Pass our pre-employment drug screening/background screening
