Data Entry Specialist

Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and accurate data entry into electronic health data systems.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate records.
  • Sort and organize paper and electronic health records.
  • Assist with obtaining missing information from laboratories and other sources.
  • Provide general administrative support to bureau staff.
  • Adhere to established data entry standards and confidentiality policies.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of data entry experience.
  • Experience in the health or medical field.
  • Ability to work in a private, confidential setting.
  • Must provide own equipment (computer or laptop).
  • High School Diploma or higher.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with medical data systems such as Medsic, EHARS, or Prism.
  • Prior medical data entry experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
