Shifts Available: 1nd Shift, 5:30AM-2:00PM; Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

This is temp-to-hire position

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is hiring an Assembler for a manufacturing client located in Phoenix, Arizona. The client specializes in producing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Assembler Responsibilities:

* Assemble products or components following work instructions and safety protocols.

* Perform tasks such as sorting, packaging, labeling, trimming, or pasting manually or with machinery.

* Conduct basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning.

Assembler Requirements:

* Experience working at a workbench or conveyor line.

* Ability to perform repetitive assembly operations efficiently.

* Preferred: At least 1 year of assembly experience.

* Must be able to pass a tape measure test.

* Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
