Description: Position: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish/English)
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-hire
Shifts Available: 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $18-$20/hr.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise a warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily
operations.
2. Oversee and manage inventory, addressing discrepancies and
promoting accuracy.
3. Enforce safety protocols & provide training for new hires.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication
and coordination between departments.
5. Resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining a positive and
efficient work atmosphere.
6. Optimize workflow efficiency, reducing errors and improving
overall productivity.
7. Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in warehouse leadership or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English for
effective collaboration and training.
3. Experience with operating forklift equipment.
4. Problem-solving skills to address operational issues and optimize
workflows.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work
environment.
6. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for
audits.
7. Medium MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and
using functions).
8. Organizational and time-management skills.
9. Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
