The Administrative Specialist is responsible for supporting daily operations, working primarily with the Marketing and Sales department, ensuring efficient workflow and consistent communication within the company. This role involves lead management, system updates, new hire coordination, webinar setup, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities while supporting both internal teams and external-facing initiatives. Candidates must also be comfortable being on camera, as we may use them for marketing posts and social media content.
