Vi at Grayhawk is located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale AZ 85255.

Shift Details: Full-time, overnight shift from 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM, 5 days a week, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will support licensed care staff by performing various clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining and tray services, escorting residents, and taking vital signs and weights. You will also contribute to quality assessment and performance improvement efforts, while promptly notifying the care team of any changes in resident conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must possess current state certification and have relevant experience.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required.
• First Aid certification is necessary or the willingness to become certified.
• Food handler certification and Certified Medication Aide/Certified Medical Technician certification, where applicable.
• Basic computer skills or the ability to learn are needed.
