Client interface, attend construction meetings and reporting. Records historical data. Analyzes, evaluates, forecasts and reports schedule status against an established baseline. Development of work around plans. Interface with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems. Prepare schedule activity status, reporting, and narrative for project management and owner. This includes verifying and managing project log schedule information. Conduct weekly meetings to update the construction schedule with project managers and field supervisors. Analyze the critical path to specific activities. Identify variance from previous baselines.
