Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
* Warehouse experience
* Detail-oriented
* The ability to lift 50 pounds
What You'll Do
* Work as an integral part of a high-performing warehouse production team to keep operations running smoothly.
* Collaborate across teams to meet or exceed production goals and adhere to tight deadlines.
* Perform diverse tasks:
* Vehicle and powertrain assembly
* Packaging and logistics support
* Machine setup, operation, and monitoring
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; conduct regular equipment cleaning and maintenance.
* Support the continuous improvement of processes, suggesting ideas to boost efficiency.
* Operate specialized tools with proper training.
* Deliver consistently high craftsmanship and attention to detail.
* Other warehouse associate tasks.
Schedule & Pay
Day Shift | 5 AM - 3:30 PM | $19 per hour
Night Shift | 4:30 PM - 3:30 AM | $20 per hour
Weekend Shift | 6 AM - 6 PM, Friday-Saturday or 6 PM - 6 AM, Sunday-Monday | $22 per hour
* Must be flexible to work overtime as needed (schedules can change based on production needs).
