The workers in the dish room are responsible for maintaining all the equipment which includes cleaning and sanitizing, sorting dishes and equipment according to specifications and needs.
Job Requirements/Duties:
Must be willing to work in a stressful, time-oriented work environment.
Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities.
Must comply with all work rules and regulations.
Must be able to carry, lift, push and pull 50+ lbs.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move during shift of 8+ hours.
Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand during shift of 8+ hours.
Must be able to work in extreme varying temperatures.
Important Requirements
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug screens and a criminal background check including all TSA and Custom requirements.
Must be able to perform work using required PPE (personal protective equipment) including but not limited to protective gloves, cooler/freezer gloves, hot mitts, cut resistant gloves, protective aprons, protective goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear and all required PPE.
Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Must be flexible to work in an environment that might include overnights, weekends, and holidays
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Sky Cafe rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the Flight Kitchen.
