HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Site Director to take over a leadership role at a fast-growing U.S.-based operation supporting international manufacturing clients. The role includes overseeing daily operations, supporting visiting client teams, and managing internal communication between U.S. and overseas teams.

Position: Bilingual Site Director
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: $110,000-$130,000/year
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7A-4P
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff (32 internal employees) at the U.S. manufacturing site.
  
  
• Act as a key point of contact between U.S.-based teams and Chinese-speaking client/sales teams from California and Taiwan.
  
  
• Accompany visiting clients on facility tours and support on-site meetings and walkthroughs.
  
  
• Coordinate with the internal project team to ensure production, scheduling, and operational objectives are met.
  
  
• Communicate with leadership in both English and Mandarin to report progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
  
  
• Collaborate with safety, production, and facility departments (already managed) to maintain seamless operation.
  
  
• Step into a Site Director-level role, helping guide upper management decisions while being hands-on with operational tasks.

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (conversational proficiency required).
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or construction-related roles.
  
  
• Strong leadership or team management experience, ideally with cross-cultural or international teams.
  
  
• Ability to coordinate with upper management, production leads, and client representatives.
  
  
• Willing to support occasional OT as needed based on operational demands.
  
  
• Open to senior project managers from various backgrounds.
