Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Reputation Managerequal parts strategic thinker and performance marketerto lead paid digital campaigns, reputation management, and performance insights across our growing portfolio of multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, ensuring every dollar spent drives measurable ROI.
  • Manage services ads to drive traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with regional managers and property teams to align advertising campaigns with occupancy goals and leasing seasonality.
  • Own the digital voice of our propertiesmonitor, respond to, and strategically manage reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, BBB, etc.).
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to boost ORA, Google scores, Yelp scores and resident sentiment.
  • Train onsite teams on review best practices and reputation standards.
  • Build and manage reports to track ad performance, lead quality, cost per lease, and reputation metrics.
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable insights to continuously improve our approach and results.
  • Complete market surveys to analyze trends and pricing across competitive sets to ensure positioning and campaign targeting remain aligned with market shifts.
  • Work closely with our in-house design, social media, and leasing teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign cohesion.
  • Serve as the digital go-to for property onboarding, rebranding initiatives, and lease-up strategies.

Qualifications
  • Multifamily Real Estate Focus (Preferred)
  • 3+ years in digital marketing with direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns and reputation management in a multifamily or real estate setting.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO, PPC optimization, UTM tracking, and conversion funnels.
  • Data-obsessed with a track record of using performance metrics to make smart decisions.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Familiar with ORA scores, reputation platforms, and the unique dynamics of the multifamily industry.

Nice To Have
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
  • Experience with platforms like Appfolio a plus
  • Graphic design or content creation experience is a bonus
