The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our Front Desk team! Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Primary Responsibilities:
* Efficiently register and check out to all guests.
* Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
* Displays high-level competency in the property management systems.
* Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
* Follows the proper work environment procedures.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Must be stationery for up to 8 hours.
* Must have the ability to move/transport up to 25 lbs.
* Provides excellent concierge services to guests
* Answers all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Other duties as assigned by Management.

* Must be familiar with the city and the attractions that it offers
* Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
* Hilton ONQ experience is highly preferred
