Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Director

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director, you'll be the driving force behind our company's financial vision and strategy. In addition to overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling-you'll harness data to unlock business insights that inspire transformative decisions and fuel sustainable growth. • What You'll Do

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of financial models related to cash flow, profitability, pricing, and client performance.
• Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support data-informed decision-making.
• Oversee analysis and reporting of key financial elements, including sales commissions, government census reporting, and benefit costs.
• Manage firmwide financial reporting dashboards and reporting using Power BI or similar tools to improve visibility and transparency.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial plans with business objectives and drive cross-functional accountability.
• Maintain accurate financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis with a focus on identifying strategic risks and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and workflows, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and automation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, supporting audit processes and internal controls as needed.
• Complete benchmarking surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Finance Department and firm business objectives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance roles, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading company-wide budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Experience in mid-to-large organizations with complex financial structures.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
