Job Details

Incumbents are responsible for shelving library materials, emptying the book returns, maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable area for the patrons, shelf reading for misplaced items, pulling holds requests for patrons, curbside delivery and assisting patrons by helping them find library materials, use the self-check-out machines or issuing a new library card. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Any combination of education and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work. Must be at least 16 years of age. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS - None. SELECTION PROCESS - Applicants whose education, training and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview.
