Neuwirth and Ashford CPAS has an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified Tax Accounting Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a motivated individual ready to utilize their problem-solving and organizational skills. The Accountant will prepare Personal, Business, and Fiduciary tax returns. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, is proficient in tax regulations, tech-savvy, and understands the role well.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare Personal, Business, and Fiduciary Tax Returns
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Support and manage staff and clients on all accounting matters
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly to ensure quality service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of tax experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Tax Software, QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Experience with 1040, 1120S, and 1065 returns
• Experience with 1041 returns is a plus
• Familiarity with Drake Tax preferred
• Independent, self-motivated, able to work without direct oversight
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional work ethic

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + bonus

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Location:

• Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ 85259 (Required)
