Your Mission as Our Trailblazing Leader:

• Serves as interim/acting School Director during the time where a new Director is being recruited.
• Supports the school to deliver the enrollment and financial goals for the school including driving strong enrollment, managing labor and other expenses and retaining existing children and families.
• Champion a safe, joyful preschool environment that nurtures every childs growth and curiosity.
• Drive the success of our top-tier curriculum, ensuring it exceeds national and state standards.
• Build strong, open connections with parents, staff, and kids, fostering a tight-knit community.
• Lead a team of 2040 educators, mentoring them through training, appraisals, and growth plans.
• Crush financial and enrollment goals while keeping quality and care first.
• Spots and creative solves complex issues and challenges in productive ways that develop the team and lead to sustainable school performance over the long term
• Shine at marketing events and community outreach to make our school the talk of the town.
• Ensure full compliance with licensing, safety, and sanitation regulations, plus federal and state laws.
• Recruit and hire top talent to keep our team unstoppable.
• Successfully handover school leadership to strengthened school leadership team at the close of each rotational assignment

Education or Equivalency:

• Fuel your career with a Bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related fieldor an equivalent blend of training and progressive experience that equips you with the specialized knowledge to excel in this role.

Experience:

• Bring a minimum of four (4) years of proven, high-impact success as a School Director at Cadence Education or equivalent external school director experience, delivering exceptional performance and results.

Certification/Licensure:

• Secure the appropriate state-required licensing and credentials to lead a childcare/preschool center with confidence.
• May include certifications as a trainer in CPR, First Aid, Food Manager, Licensing, or Subsidy Coachingstand out as a multi-skilled leader!
• If driving is required, maintain a valid drivers license in good standing and carry legally required minimum insurance coverage on your personal vehicle.

Travel Requirements:
