This position plays a critical role in strengthening the organization's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events across complex systems and business units. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide resiliency initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration among technology and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems
Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems
Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services industry
Experience writing business and technical requirements
Background in business continuity planning (BCP)
Proven experience managing resiliency plan inventories across both Technology and Business Unit domains, ensuring full compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training, procedural documentation, and executive-level presentations that drive strategic alignment and operational readiness
Experience with technology upgrade testing and integration into resiliency planning
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of coordinating across multiple lines of business to achieve consistent and predictable outcomes
Expertise in identifying and mitigating operational risks through multi-level reviews and proactive planning
Experience designing and implementing peer review frameworks aimed at quality assurance and defect reduction.
Familiarity with enterprise-level BCP policies, HR BCP methodologies, and regulatory reporting standards
Prior experience and track record working effectively with senior leadership
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Develops an independent point of view and can lead through problem solving
A BS/BA degree or higher preferred
