A growing life safety and security integrator is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Call Service Technician to support its healthcare-focused service team. This role centers around the installation, maintenance, and repair of low-voltage systems in hospital environments-requiring precision, accountability, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling systems in hospitals and other critical environments
  
• Diagnose and resolve issues within data cabling infrastructure efficiently and accurately
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of customer service
  
• Clearly and professionally document all service updates, both written and verbal

• 4+ years of experience in electrical or electronic work, with a strong focus on low-voltage systems
  
• Solid understanding of data cabling and infrastructure best practices
  
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience in hospital or healthcare environments
  
• Familiarity with critical safety protocols in medical settings
