OF A PROGRAM COUNSELOR: Supervises a group of youth ensuring positive engagement and child safety. Preserves quality condition of all supplies, equipment, materials, and cleanliness of site. Develops positive relationships with children and parents through daily communication and interaction. Works closely with site director to plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, following the established program schedule. Assists site director in maintaining all pertinent site records, files, and other required administrative procedures, ensuring their licensed childcare files and trainings are up to date and accurate. - This is not an exhaustive list of job duties.
