Job Details

As a Head of Centralized Procurement, you'll report to the Head of Change Management and be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement strategy, processes, and policies across the enterprise. In this role, you'll develop and execute the enterprise-wide procurement strategy to drive cost efficiency and strengthen supplier performance across a total negotiable spend base of ~$300 MM. You will also own other key aspects of the Source to Pay process including procurement operations, supplier relationships, category management, contract negotiations, spend analytics and invoice reconciliation. You'll establish and execute a Procurement roadmap of initiatives including value capture (commercial terms/demand management), process & policy, and the enterprise operating model including technology tools. You'll partner closely with the lines of businesses to build a comprehensive sourcing strategy that maximizes the company's purchasing power.
