Interpret/analyze test requests, and prepare test procedures based on ASTM/ SAE test standards - Interpret/analyze test data to prepare detailed test reports. - Perform instrumented tests on parts and sub-assemblies for product evaluations, certifications, monthly/yearly verifications, etc. - Perform un-instrumented tests for subjective evaluation reports. - Create automated test programs using basic programmable logic through a DAQ software (DEWE - Soft preferred) - Program and perform tensile/compression testing using an Instron Universal Testing System. - Perform static weight studies and analysis on pass cars, trucks, and trailers. - Installation, operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of sophisticated electronic instrumentation for various lab tests - Set up and operation of electronically controlled hydraulic and pneumatic test fixtures. - Use Autodesk Inventor to design and create 3 D models, assemblies, and drawings of test fixtures and 3 D scan data - Use 3 D scanning for...Test Engineer, Engineer, Retail, Program, Wellness
