Our client is looking for an engineer with 3 - 8 years of experience to lead and work with others to successfully complete projects in a wide variety of markets. The position is full-time with salary commensurate with experience level and skill set.

Minimum Qualifications
• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and proven positive attitude when working with both internal and external colleagues and clients

Organization and Professional Qualities
• Manages project tasks for a coordinated effort to meet project schedules
• Effectively utilizes team members for the successful completion of multiple projects
• Suggests possible solutions for improvement of internal processes
• Listens to client needs and exceeds expectations
• Effective, strong communication skills at all levels with project team and clients
• Works well in a team environment and contributes to team success

Responsibilities
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises plans to meet changing requirements
• Identifies and utilizes all available resources to move multiple projects towards completion
• Proficient with structural analysis software including RAM, RISA-3D, Tekla Tedds, ADAPT, and others
• Manages a project and reviews deliverables before delivering to client
• Applies the firm's methodology and enforces project standards and quality assurance procedures
• Manages project budgets
• Manages client requests and day-to-day client interaction
