Job Details

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate will assist our legal team in all phases of the litigation process, from case inception to resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and gathering relevant case materials
• Drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Organizing and maintaining case files and documents
• Assisting with discovery, including document production and review
• Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assisting with trial preparation and attendance at trial as needed
• Performing administrative tasks to support attorneys and other team members as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal
• Strong understanding of the litigation process and procedures
• Proficiency in legal research and document management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
