Understand, articulate, and support all of our requirements, policies, regulations, and standards related to background checks across the organization. Communicate with candidates as needed regarding negative background results received. Coordinate and expedite background screen solutions with 3rd party provider(s), to adjudicate all pending candidates with a sense of urgency . Collaborate on high growth recruiting efforts by supporting Recruiting and Field People Operations Teams to meet hiring date targets. Troubleshoot candidate access problems, screening issues, questions, and settings with our vendors. Communicate with candidates throughout the completion of the background check steps to ensure smooth and efficient processing. Provide above-and-beyond customer service to our internal customers and incoming candidates during the background check process.
