Job Details

Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents and maintain medical records. Order and complete medication records. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Perform welfare checks on residents. Document and report care provided and resident observations. Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona. Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director. Must possess a current CPR and First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and recent TB test. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Prior assisted living caregiving and medication administration experience a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
