TYG are the recruitment partner of a multidisciplinary company in Phoenix who are growing in areas of Landscape Architecture and Land Planning. This time, they're searching for an experience Land Planner to join the team! Here's what we're looking for:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience
• Prior experience leading internal teams and consultant teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture or another related field from an accredited program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use projects.
• Manage teams and mentor junior staff.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and ACAD.
• Work with zoning regulations and approval processes.
