Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a focus on construction projects to lead and oversee various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting all quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred
- Experience in Water, Waste To Energy, Wastewater, Industrial, or Treatment Plants is a plus
