We are currently recruiting for a Support Administrator to join our newly developed team based here in the Northwest! Manage project tasks identified by the Site Manager to Improve the performance of processes and deliverables Deal with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Liaise with customers to resolve Issues, answer questions, etc. Perform various actions, reporting and input of Information on software system as required Liaise effectively with Internal team members to complete tasks and distribute Information What's In It For You: Salary: $18 - $22 an hour depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision Paid Sick Leave PTO The Musts: Ability to successfully pass a full drug screen and background check Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently Ability to use own initiative and work Independently Tech savvy Previous experience using software systems e.g., SAP, Microsoft Projects, MS Office...Administrator, Support, Inventory, Warehouse, Management, Customer, Retail, Staffing
