LAND PLANNER PHOENIX

We're looking for a mid to senior-level Land Planner and Entitlement specialist to join us in our Phoenix office. Our Baseline

· 10 – 20 years of experience with entitlements, land development and physical planning at a professional organization.

· Experience leading internal teams and consultant teams, preparing schedules, and managing the approval process for residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use projects.

· Have an understanding and general knowledge of zoning regulations and approval processes.

· Professional writing skills to effectively communicate project goals and objectives.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and ACAD.

· You'll be enthusiastic, creative, and have the ability to think proactively and strategically.

· Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture or another related field from an accredited program.
