Tell us about how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as healthcare facilities, office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.What's In It For YouSite Location: North Phoenix, ArizonaSet schedule, we have 1 shift available:Shift 1 - Full time, Friday through Sunday 1st Shift 6:00am to 7:00pm (39 hours per week)Competitive hourly wage of $19.00/hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities Of a Concierge Security GuardPerform regular patrols for majority of shift to identify potential risks, working indoors and outdoorsCustomer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitorsAbility to multitask and prioritize calls for service, respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsAbility to interact with patients, families, visitors, and staff in a professional mannerAbility to work overtime when needed or required and hold over if not properly relieved by another employeeAble to use stairs, push/pull, and safely restrain patients using approved and certified techniquesManage access control and occasional check in process with patientsInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsAnswer questions in person or by phoneWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications For Concierge Security GuardYou have an Arizona Guard License (Required)Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsIf you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work .
