Job Title: Call Center Representative (Medical)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Work Environment: Office-based within a healthcare setting

Salary / Hourly Rate: $18 - $20 / hr

Job Summary:

The Call Center Representative plays a vital role in supporting the ENT department by ensuring efficient communication with patients and providers. You'll be the first point of contact, providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and helping maintain smooth operations that enhance the patient experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
  • Provide accurate details about services, procedures, and policies
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update patient records with precision
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct follow-up calls for appointment reminders and feedback


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical call center or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
