Location (City, State): Tempe, AZ

Pay: $19–$25/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (approx. 3-month contract before conversion)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate daily and weekly schedules for field teams. This role ensures projects are staffed appropriately and completed on time, while also serving as a central communication point between teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and manage daily field schedules based on project timelines and personnel availability
  • Communicate with internal departments and field teams to confirm scheduling needs and adjustments
  • Analyze upcoming project needs to proactively forecast labor demand
  • Enter order and scheduling data into the system from builder communications
  • Adjust and resolve scheduling conflicts or staffing gaps in real-time
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by maintaining transparency in scheduling updates
  • Prepare weekly reporting for leadership and other departments
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of administrative, scheduling, or dispatch experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent job experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills
