We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Accounting Clerk to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills. This person will work closely with the accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company's compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
• Cash Receipts
• Client requests
• Invoicing
• Docusign
• Maintain organized records and documentation of client records
• Prepare account analysis
• Assist in month end close
• Prepare journal entries
• Organize, manage, and maintain digital accounting files and records
• Regularly review and update digital files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support the accounting team and general office upkeep with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Associates (or higher) degree in accounting or a related field
• One or more years of accounting experience
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Salary: $60,000 per year

Salary Range: $59,000 - $60,000 per year
