Mark Kia is growing and currently seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to fill our full-time opening as an Automotive Inventory / Fleet Logistics Specialist. One position is available at our Kia location in the Auto Mall at the 101 and Indian School Rd in Scottsdale.

Job Summary:

This position is at an automotive dealership, involving both indoor and outdoor work. You will act on behalf of the dealership to gather information on inventory vehicles arriving from auctions or trade-ins. Responsibilities include managing inventory through calls, emails, messaging, and documentation to ensure all vehicles are accounted for and correctly stocked with accurate information.

Major Responsibilities:

• Collect and document information on incoming vehicles, including expected arrival times.
• Stock inventory vehicles with accurate details.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, or messaging with vendors, auction personnel, sales staff, and delivery drivers to locate vehicles.
• Utilize computer systems such as MS Office, Email, Keyper, Rapid Recon, Dealertrack, Lo-Jack, Mobile Dealer Data, Vauto Provision, and dealer addendums.
• Assist in streamlining vehicle movement through the process.
• Help dealership staff locate keys and vehicles.
• Conduct lot walks to identify unstocked vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
