American Furniture Rental (AFR) is looking for a Warehouse Manager in our Phoenix, AZ location (University and 16^th Street).

Requirements:

• Prior Warehouse Management Experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Event Management.

Must be able to work some weekends.

Additional requirements:

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for planning and directing work activities of the warehouse. Delegate work with respect and foster teamwork and AFR culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate weekly Operations/Sales Skype calls.
• Oversee the pick, prep, and shipment of orders and transfers.
• Work with and monitor delivery teams.
• Inspect inbound and outbound orders/transfers.
• Train and monitor delivery teams and pickers.
• Handle calls from delivery teams.
• Work with Branch Managers to route trucks.
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the previous day's triage and approve all product going into racks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
