First review of applications begins May 27, 2025.Manager, Accessible Transit Services is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the operations of Valley Metro's Accessible Transit Services and related programs and services, including paratransit, RideChoice alternative transportation program, travel training, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) eligibility certification, oversight of Reduced Fare and Platinum Pass eligibility programs, coordination of agency outreach to the senior and disability communities, staffing of the Valley Metro Accessibility Advisory Group.Provides guidance regarding the accessibility and ADA compliance of other Valley Metro services such as bus, light rail, facilities, and customer-facing information and technologies. Typical duties include preparing and administering related budgets, developing and implementing operating policies and procedures, managing contracts (service providers and consultants), overseeing staff and resources, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
