Role Summary:

We are looking for a Repair Director to lead our pool service repair team, focusing on training, managing repair operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Leadership in Training: Develop and oversee training programs for technicians to master swimming pool equipment maintenance, including driving training.
2. Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate the repair and replacement of pool equipment, including advanced systems like heaters.
3. Diagnostic Expertise: Lead in inspecting and diagnosing diverse pool equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
4. Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and excellence.
5. Team and Resource Management: Efficiently manage technician schedules, company resources, and maintain high operational standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in swimming pool equipment repair (filters, pumps).
2. Communication Proficiency: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
3. Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift over 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the job.
4. Independence and Responsibility: Capable of working autonomously with a commitment to professionalism and detail.
5. License and CRM Skills: Must possess a valid driver's license.
