Continental Properties is seeking a multifamily professional to join our team as an Area Manager for the Arizona Market. This role is responsible for the successful operation of residential apartment communities within your portfolio.

You will lead a team of Community Managers to achieve results within your area, ensuring all systems, processes, and workflows are followed while providing outstanding customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to communities and assess overall operational and financial goals for your portfolio
  • Motivate and engage your team, encouraging their growth and development
  • Provide clear leadership of company culture and goals
  • Monitor compliance in all business areas to ensure practices follow policies and laws
  • Prepare and manage budgets to meet goals and contribute to Continental's CNOI
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills for Success:

  • 4+ years of area or multisite community management experience
  • Experience leading, developing, motivating, and managing teams
  • Proven ability in managing financials, sales, and marketing
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
