Position: Warehouse Manager - Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $91,787-$105,907

Shift: Days/hours will vary

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Warehouse functions for 1-3 locations including inventory, truck loading/unloading, supervision, training, coaching, and development of the overnight Warehouse Team and Inventory Specialists.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through efficient truck loading and unloading activities.
  • Ensure adherence to warehouse process standards related to inventory and warehousing.
  • Promote safety by enforcing safety policies, behaviors, and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Handle warehouse planning, scheduling, staffing, and collaboration with Route Operations.
  • Lead and develop frontline employees, including hiring, assigning responsibilities, managing performance, and conducting evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with facility standards, conduct audits, inspections, and ensure security and environmental standards.
  • Achieve productivity and quality goals, including equipment procedures.
  • Manage inventory to meet product supply demands.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to hold team accountable and provide training.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Experience with inventory audits and warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • College degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • PC skills preferred (e.g., RMS, Excel).
  • Ability to travel between locations.
