We are seeking a Site Manager to lead one of our DashMart facilities. DashMart is a new convenience and grocery store from DoorDash, focused on delivering household essentials, snacks, and light groceries on-demand.

About The Role

You will manage a 5-10k sq ft distribution center, oversee the local warehouse team, and ensure high-quality service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead: Recruit, coach, and retain a team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates. Foster a positive culture and drive employee satisfaction.
2. Own: Manage daily warehouse operations, including scheduling, labor budgeting, and meeting site metrics.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure order accuracy and fulfillment speed, collaborating with inventory and training teams.
4. Strategize: Use data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

About You

• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ employees
• Ownership mindset, supporting 24/7 operations across shifts
• Problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and adaptability
• Data-driven with experience analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets
• 3+ years in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, or related fields
• 1+ year of team management experience
• College degree or relevant professional experience
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights and weekends
