KPMG is currently seeking an Experience Quality Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development, documentation, and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate service, and product user experience quality
  • Oversee the establishment of benchmarks and the analysis, as well as comparison of user experience quality data against these benchmarks to identify areas for improvement
  • Direct the collection and analysis of user experience quality data, including user behavior and impact on business outcomes to inform benchmarking efforts
  • Supervise the development of remediation and mitigation plans to address identified gaps and improve user experience quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and benchmarking insights into decision-making processes, and manage budgets and resources effectively

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in user experience, quality assurance, analytics, or market research with a demonstrated progression in responsibility; minimum five years of recent experience in leading and managing teams or projects
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field such as human-computer interaction, psychology, quality assurance, data science, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Background working in a large enterprise environment is preferred; experience working in an agile environment is preferred
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies; proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
