Job Details

Packs bags of chips into cartons. Assembles cartons, applies stickers and packs cases according to case specifications while verifying the package quality of finished product. Performs visual inspections of chips, quality of chips and chip packages and alerts machine operator or shift supervisor / lead of any problems. Performs rework as needed. Covers pick out lines and recognizes bad product. Perform daily sanitation task. Perform weekly sanitation task. Perform monthly sanitation task. Maintain GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Maintains and follows all Safety guidelines. Maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards. Gives lunch and work breaks. Trains new packers. Requires working proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people. Responsible for quality and food safety tasks for their position. Preforms additional duties as assigned.
