The Welcome Center Agent shall greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner. Agents must verify with the guests their registration form is complete and accurate to ensure they meet the qualifications outlined in the DOP (Details of Participation). The agent is responsible for providing the guests with their hotel vouchers and proper directions to their hotel, the agent must be knowledgeable of the local area including all major and local attractions to provide the guests with accurate information to sell and up-sell area attraction tickets. Schedule requirements:Must be available to work various shifts. Monday Sunday Welcome Center hours of operation. Must be available to work weekends and Holidays.
