There are currently multiple vacancies for Field Worker I in the Energy Resources, Transportation, and Water Resources Departments (Water Collection and Water Distribution Assignments); however, this recruitment will also be used to create a Citywide list to fill possible future vacancies in all departments and assignments. The Energy Resources, Transportation, and Water Resources Departments are excited to offer a hiring bonus for individuals newly hired as a Field Worker I. New Field Workers may be eligible for a $2,500 incentive at the conclusion of Initial City Probation. To receive the bonus, a Field Worker I must work as a Field Worker for one year in the original hire assignment and receive a successful performance evaluation. First review of applications will be Monday, May 12, 2025, and weekly thereafter until all vacancies are filled.
