General Job Description:

The Sales Representative will focus on increasing sales by closing new business. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, selling Gridline products to existing customers, client business referrals, web leads, and building relationships with current partners to drive new business. Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales and increase revenue in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Cold calling and drip campaigns
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, soliciting potential clients, and building rapport
  • Manage pipeline of assigned inbound web leads
  • Visit potential clients to better understand the client's business and business needs and provide them the best Gridline solution
  • Interacts with existing customer to increase sales of products and/or services
  • Generates revenue by soliciting and preparing quotations for potential clients and current customer customers to obtain orders
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information, while identifying sales opportunities
  • Sales funnel management in CRM Platform

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, business admin etc.) or equivalent job-related experience.
  • 1-2 years technology Sales experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. Noise level is typically moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, copiers, scanners and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40 hours a week Monday through Friday but are subject to change at the company's discretion.

Travel is expected for this position.
