Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking a Client Service and Operations Manager in Phoenix to develop and grow the footprint with one of Schneider's customers. The Client Service and Operations Manager will be located on-site at the Phoenix Operating Center and will lead a team that is accountable for the execution of the customer's business strategy and overall growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Seek opportunities to expand the customer account
- Responsible for the account management and overall customer experience, which includes service, engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business and value add
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for both Schneider and the customer
- Develop an understanding of the customer's supply chain in order to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities that would provide value to the customer
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years of relevant work experience
- Have strong written and oral communication skills
- Have a desire for innovation
- Able to set a clear direction for associates
- Can leverage the ideas of a variety of perspectives
