Job Overview

The Senior Manager/Director of Model Risk Management will focus establishing and managing the model risk management program, a comprehensive framework for overseeing and evaluating risk models across the organization. Responsible for ensuring models meet operational needs, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment, the role involves hands-on leadership in the review of advanced model validation techniques, data management, financial services regulatory frameworks, and much more.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Model Risk Management
• SME in model risk management, model validation
• In-depth experience with data analytics and governance in AI/ML-driven environments
• Industry experience in any of the following: Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management
• Strong proficiency in programming languages
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and their application in model risk management
• Experience in data management, ensuring quality and integrity in large datasets

• Base salary range $140-190k (based on experience)
• Annual bonus: 25-30% (based on company and employee performance)
